Watch this short video to see the EazyQuizzy workflow in action, from creating questions to running a live session.
The "All Questions" list on the left side of your dashboard is your master database. Questions here are saved permanently to your tenant account.
In the "All Questions" list, use the icons next to any question:
You can add ECG strips, Echo loops, X-Rays, or angio videos directly into your question stems using "Magic Tags". These will automatically render on the admin panel, the big screen presenter, and trainee devices.
Simply paste the URL of your media inside the corresponding tag structure within the Question Stem text area.
Example Question Stem:
"What is the most likely diagnosis based on this ECG strip? [img: https://mysite.com/ecg-lead-ii.png]"
The application does not store files; it only links to them. You need a publicly accessible URL for your images or videos.
Suggested Options:
Note: Videos, work best in .mp4 format. They are set to autoplay and loop automatically.
The "Quiz Order" list on the right is the specific set of questions for the next quiz you plan to run.
Presets allow you to save a specific group and order of questions to instantly reload later (e.g., "Heart Failure Basics Set A").
Warning: Loading a preset will replace whatever is currently in your Quiz Order list.
Once your Quiz Order is ready, you can launch the session.
Once saved, the "Start now" button will turn green. Click it to open the big-screen Presenter View in a new tab. This is the screen you project for the audience.
After saving a quiz, the "Share link" section at the bottom right becomes active. Trainees can join using their mobile devices.
Once joined, trainees will see "Waiting for presenter to start..." until you launch the Presenter View. As you advance questions on the big screen, their devices will automatically update to show the current question and options.
The application maintains a comprehensive history of every quiz session you run. You can access these records at any time to evaluate trainee performance or archive data.
